URVANA reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, serviceability issues, or other valid reasons.
3. Product Information & Representation
● Product images, descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are provided for reference purposes only.
● Actual product color, texture, finish, or grain may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or material characteristics.
● Minor variations in size or finish that do not affect product functionality are considered acceptable.
Such variations shall not be treated as defects or grounds for return unless explicitly covered under the Return Policy.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Payments
● All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
● Shipping is completely free, and there are no hidden charges beyond the product price and GST shown at checkout.

● URVANA does not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
URVANA shall not be liable for payment failures due to bank authorization issues, gateway downtime, or customer‑side errors.
5. Pricing Errors
● In the event of an incorrect price being displayed due to a technical or human error, URVANA reserves the right to:
○ Cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, or
○ Contact you for further instructions before processing the order.
6. Order Cancellation by URVANA
URVANA may cancel an order at its discretion in cases including but not limited to:
● Product unavailability
● Incorrect pricing or product information
● The delivery location is non‑serviceable
● Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
7. Shipping & Delivery
● Delivery timelines for in‑stock products are generally 7–10 business days from order confirmation.
● Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details.
● Risk of loss and ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

● Installation and assembly services are available for select products and locations.
● Installation does not include civil, electrical, plumbing, or modification work.
● Customers must ensure site readiness at the time of installation.

● Order cancellations are governed by URVANA’s Cancellation Policy.
● Returns and replacements are governed by URVANA’s Return Policy.
● Refund timelines depend on payment method and banking processes; URVANA is not responsible for bank‑side delays.

● Provide false or misleading information
● Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities
